Example Session 5
Bodhnath is the largest Buddhist stupa in Nepal. This ancient site is surrounded by numerous monasteries..
"Target is a single outstanding building among several structures. It is different shaped from the others, much more outstanding in character, very rounded while the others are not so much. They are located on a high plateau [which] 'feels like Himalayas, maybe Nepal—Katmandu.'
"In addition, target is a Buddhist religious structure, very ancient and important from a historical perspective (antedates Christianity). Somehow pivotal in nature. Domed, complex-shaped, red, golden, reddish orange, yellow predominate, along with black and light green. Structure is hollow, interior is dim and smokey [and] has numerous chambers and passageways, is large and wide and tallish. People involved with site are monks, prayerful, reverent, obedient, chanting. Structures nearby are more rectangular than target. Both diagonal and parallel lines are evident on target. Traffic sounds nearby, people voices; strong aspect of 'remoteness.'"
