Levels of Remote Viewing Training

Many folks approach me about remote viewing training. Some already know what they want. They’ve done their research, and now they’re ready to start my training program. They just need to know how to go about it. Others, though, first want to know about remote viewing training. They are not yet ready to decide. Instead, they seek facts and guidance about the program first. This article is for them.

Not everyone who comes to remote viewing has an abundance of resources at their disposal. Some are well off. They have money and time available to accomplish what they want to do. Others are comfortable, but they don’t have money to throw away. Others have limited time. And there are yet others who are on a tight budget. They already know they have to begin their remote viewing journey at a modest level.

Fortunately, we have invested significant effort to devise a level of training and experience to meet the needs of people who may find themselves anywhere along the financial- or time-resource spectrum.

You will find four levels of remote viewing instruction available, ranging from free (entry level) to full-featured (in-depth, high-commitment) levels. Here they are:

We offer cost-free introductory remote viewing materials through various online and social media platforms.

Our “Remote Viewing: Martial Art for the Mind” video gives you a solid overview of what remote viewing is and what it is not, where it came from and important principles that are necessary for success. It also shows you actual remote viewing results, along with a brief discussion of what kinds of remote viewing there are.

If you decide you want to give remote viewing a quick try, then there is no need for extensive training before you start. This video, “How to Do a Simple Remote Viewing” can get you going. Just follow the simple directions, and you can quickly be on your way.

If you are looking for a wider variety of information about remote viewing, I recommend several of my interviews with Dr. Jeffrey Mishlove on his New Thinking Allowed channel. Here are a few:

Our Remote Viewing/Remote Perception You Tube Channel presents numerous videos and interviewers from Paul H. Smith and others where you can learn more about remote viewing.

Websites and online resources for remote viewing training:

Our main website, Remote Viewing Instructional Services, brings you a thorough and detailed guide to our commercial remote viewing training program. There are free resources available here as well. These are found primarily under the “RV in Depth” drop-down menu at the top of the page. There are also example remote viewing sessions found under the “Remote Viewing Courses” tab. You can reach the website here.

You will also find my Remote Viewing/Remote Perception Blog essential reading. (If you are reading this, you are already here. But here’s the link anyway for future reference.) Discover here more in-depth discussion on remote viewing principles such as “cool-down,” ideograms, and how to manage mental noise, as well as vignettes from remote viewing’s past, interesting insights into important persons in the field, and much more.

As the author/editor of the original military controlled remote viewing manual, I have taken the liberty of posting a newly-formatted version on my website. Access it via a link from a new explanation and introduction page here. (The theory, structure, and first three stages modules are presently available. We’re working on getting the rest of the manual up and formatted soon.)

Then there is YouTube: As mentioned above, on my “Remote Viewing/Remote Perception YouTube Channel” I post useful informational and motivational videos for folks like you to view free of charge.

The Target Vault page is good place to practice during and after your remote viewing training

The Target Vault page is good p;ace to practice during and after your remote viewing training.

Remote viewing target practice: Periodically I post a “Target Vault” practice target on our private Remote Viewing/Remote Perception Facebook Group. As each weekly practice period ends, I offer helpful and encouraging comments in response to the remote viewing results participants upload in the group.

More practice opportunities: I collect all these Target Vault practice targets on a page on my website. At the end of each interval between target postings, I move the Target Vault target for the period just completed to that page. This creates a library of practice opportunities with which you can develop and hone your remote viewing skills. You can access the Target Vault page (which includes full instructions) here.

The Essential Guide to Remote Viewing: The Secret Military Remote Perception Skill Anyone Can Learn. (Available on Amazon, or get a signed copy from its book page here.)

This book serves three purposes: It is an excellent, easy-to-access gateway into the world of remote viewing for those just starting out. (And there are a couple of chapters on the basics of how do your own remote viewing exercises.)

If you are already into remote viewing, the Essential Guide to Remote Viewing also serves as a safe introduction for friends or relatives who are worried that you’re into something weird. This book will help show them you’re not! Finally, even if you are already well along on your remote viewing journey, this book is guaranteed to fill in knowledge gaps you may not realize you have. And it has a couple of chapters on remote viewing training and how to pick the right teacher for you.

Reading the Enemy's Mind gives a description of what remote viewing training is like

Reading the Enemy’s Mind tells the remote viewing story and gives a description of what remote viewing training is like.

Reading the Enemy’s Mind: Inside Star Gate–America’s Psychic Espionage Program. (Available from Amazon here. ) Reading the Enemy’s Mind is a an exciting, thorough, accurate, well-researched account of the remote viewing story. Built around the framework of my own experiences as a psychic spy, it nonetheless tells the remote viewing story beginning to end (so far!). Where most memoirs about remote viewing are based on one person’s memory and are poorly researched, this book uses material from many dozens of first-person interviews with the main participants in the US military’s Star Gate remote viewing program, and is backed up by numerous formerly-classified official documents. Don’t be fooled, though—it is not just a history. The book describes much of the theory and practice of remote viewing, and documents some of the most impressive successes the military psychic spies produced.
